Beaconsfield in a Critical State. London, April 9.

A bulletin issued this morning reports that Lord Beaconsfield suffered a serious relapse during the night. He is now in a very critical state. Sir William Jenner, one of the physicians in ordinary to the Queen, is consequently summoned to confer with other medical attendants. Romk, April 7. Signor Carroli, President of the Council of Ministers, made a statement today in the Chamber of Deputies in regard to State affairs in the Tunis. In the course of his speech he stated that English and Italian Governments had arrived at a complete agreement as to the course he would pursue with regari to Tunisian.
