Intelligence has been received that a conflict has occurred on the Lunisian (?) frontier over the disputed right of an English subject, Joseph Levy, to an estate at Eulida. The matter has already caused a diplomatic difficulty between the English and French Governments, and it is feared fresh complications may arise.
