The Turco-Greek Difficulty. London, March 30.

It is announced that the Ambasadors of the Powers at Constantinople, acting under authority from their Governments, have intimated to the Porte the acceptances of its last proposal for a settlement of the Greek frontier — namely, to cede to Greece a larger extent of territoiy in in Thesaaly than was previously offered, but tne district of Epirus and the island of Crete to remain to Turkey.

Athens, March 30. In accordance with the decision of the Powers to accept the Porte's proposal to cede territory in The^saly alone to Greece, envoys of Powers in this city are sternly urging the Hellenic Government to agree to the proposal, and thus arrive at a settlement of the Turco-Greek difficulty. The Gieek Press to-day in discussing the proposals made by the Porte for the settlement of the frontier Question, bitterly repudiates any obligation on the part of Greece to accept the terms offered by Turkey, and urges a firm refusal of the same.
