The Royal Commission of Inquiry into the affaire of the Transvaal will be compoßed of the following members:— Sir Hercules Robinson, Sir Evelyn Wood, and Sir John De Villiers (Chief Justice of the Cape Colony) . They will proceed without delay to Heidelberg, in the Transvaal, and will there hold the Commipsion.
