Cape Town, March 15.
Intelligence to hand from Natal states that it has been arranged that the conference shall take place on the 18th (Friday) between Sir Evelyn Wood, the President of the Orange Free State, and M. Kruger (President of the Transvaal Boer Republic), with the object of discussing the proposals for peace. Telegrams have been received from Natal to-day anneuneing that 1000 Boers of the Orange Free State have left for the Transvaal to join in the hostilities against the British.
