Balloon Accident. Sydney, Wednesday.

L'Estrange, aeronaut, made an ascen from the Doom last night, and in desoeuding his balloon came on top of a house at Woolloomooloo. The roof gave way 1 , and the balloon was torn. The escaping gas communicated , with , the lights in the house, and an explosion occurred. The balloon waa completely destroyed, but no serious damage was done to the house or other premises adjoining. JL' Estrange escaped without injury. There was a large crowd in the street witnessing ths descent of balloon, and when the explosion occurred, a panic ensued, and in the crush several persons were slightly injured. k __ - ___ - _
