Tka Victorian Reform Bill. Melbourne, March 10.

In the Legislative Assembly last night, the debate on Mr. Murray Smith's motion for a conference of the two Houses, on the Reform JBill, was concluded, and on a division being taken the proposal wai rejected by 48 to 33. Mr. GraA.es, Sir John O'Shanassey, and Sir Bryan O'Loughlen voted with the minority.
