Scenes in Parliament. London, March 8. In the House of Commons to-day, disorderly scenes again occurred. O'Donnell, member for Dungarvan, was most unruly, and defied the chair in violent language. He was then, by the Speaker's order, suspended for the remainder of the sitting. Seventy persons have been arrested in Ireland on warrants issued by the Viceroy under the Coercion Act.
London, March 8. The Bank of Australasia has declared a dividend of 6 per cent, for the halfyear.
Cabinet Changes, London, March 9. It is generally expected that important changes will shortly take place in the Cabinet.
The Coercion Act. London, March 9. The authorities in Ireland are vigorously employing the powers granted by tho Coercion Act for the apprehension jf persons guilty or suspected of treasonable conduct In addition to the arrests already reported to have been made, warrants have been issued and are being daily executed against many other auspected persons.
