No entry will be received for any of the races excej)t upon this condition : That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or tbose whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with carrying one of this programme shall be final. All Races to be inn under the V.R.O Rules. ' Any Jockey riding except in the colorenteied will be fined 3 soys. No entry will be received on any pre teneo whatever after the hour named, or without being accompanied by the ncecbsfti y amount of cash. Auckland cheques carry exchange. All persons intending to withdraw horses are requested to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales, one half- hour befoie starting Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine, not exceeding 5 sjvs. to the X ace Fund. All piotestsmust be accompanied with a deposit of 5 fovs., which sum will be forfeited to the Race Fund if the protest is not sustained. Owners of Horses who are not Membets of the Club, pay 1 soy. qualification. Horses walking over, will receive 50> per cent, of the stakes.
