No entry will be received for any of the races excej)t upon this condition : That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or tbose whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with carrying one of this programme shall be final. All Races to be inn under the V.R.O Rules.
