Auckland, Last Night.
The Grammar School Board to-day, after a discussion, resolved to adjourn, in order to consider the propriety of rescinding the motion rejecting the Committee's report for an independent enquiry by the Government. Dr. Purchas withdrew the charge against Mr Anderson, one of the masters. A meeting of Mr Purcell's creditors authorised the trustee to prosecute the debtor crimiually.
