No entry will be received for auy of the races except upon this condition : That all dispute", claims, and objections arising out of the racing bhall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with carrying out of this programme shall be final. All Races to be run under the V.R.C Rules. Any Jockey riding except in the colorentered will be fined 3 soys. No entry will be received on any pre tence whatever after the hour named, or without being accompanied by the nvicb&anj amount of cadi. Auckland cheques carry exchange. All persons intending to withdraw horses are requested to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales, one half-hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine, not exceeding 5 sjvs. to the Race Fund. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit df 1 5 hoys., which sum will be forfeited to the Race Fund if the protest is not sustained. . Owners' of Horses who are not Membets of the Club, pay 1 soy. qualification.
