No entry will be received for any of the i'dct>t> except upon this condition : That all dispute*, claims, and objections arising out of the racing hhull be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or tbobo whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with carrying out of this programme shall be filial. All Races to be rua under the V.R.C. Eules. Any Jockey riding except in the colorentered will be fiued 3 soys. No entry will be received on any pro tence whatever after tlic hour named, or without being accompanied by the xnr^sf/rr/ amount of cash, Auckland cheques carry exchange. All persons intending to withdraw horses are requested to >jive notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales, one half-hour before starting Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine, not exceeding 5 soys. to the tlace Fund. All protects must be accompanied with a deposit of .) s-ovs., which sum will be forfeited to the Race Fund if the protest is not sustained. Owners of Horses who are not Members of the Club, pay 1 soy. qualification. Horses walking over, will receive 50 per cent, of the stakes.
