No entry will be received for any of the races except upon this condition : That all disputo, claims, and objections arising out ot the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present^ or tbose whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all pomtb connected with carrying out of this programme shall be final. All Races to be run under the A\R.C. Rules.
