I TO THE EDITOR. Sir,-— Having been informed that one if not more persona residing in Waikato County, have, under the advice of persona who ought to know better, registered dogs in the Borough of Hamilton, under the impression that such registryis legal, notwithstanding that, at my request you were good enough to publish the whole of the Act for their better informa'ioD, I hope you -will again publish the Hh section, which reads as follows :~" Every registration of a dog shall T)e made by the owner thereof, or some person on his behalf, delivering at some appointed registration office in the district where the owner of bitch dog cither lives or has his place of business, a description of such dog, together with the other particulars hereinbefore required to be enacted in the register book, and paying the resistration fee." — I am. &c, Jas.
