Crushing the Irish Rebellion. London, January 3.
The Times in a leading article to-day states tjhat the Coercion Bill, which the Government intend to introduce, -wilL propose the suspension of the Habeas Corpus Aot, and the suspension of trial by jury in Ireland, and -will, moreover, restrict the sale and possession of arms.
