Specifications can be seen, and forms of Tender obtained at the Offices of the Railway Managers, at Auckland, Whangarei, Napier, Wellington, Wanganui, New Plymouth, Nelson, Picton, Greymouth, We^tport, Christchurch, and Dunedin. Telegraphic Tenders will be received, if presented at any Telegraph Office by Noon of the same date, provided that Written Tenders in due form are lodged at a Railway Manager's Office by the same hour.
