The whole, with the exception of about 50 acres of good, puriri bush, is laid down in grass. The boil is good, and the whole well watered. It is conveniently situated, within two miles of Waipipi wharf, and close to the public school. There is regular steam communication between Onehunga aud Waiuku, and the distriot is a ribing, and an opportunity to secure so snug a farm rarely occurs.
