rt^ENDERS are invited from persons X willing to perform the duties of Treasurer aiid Clerk to the above Council for a period of one year from the 13th December, 1880. Tenders to be sent in to the Chairman by the 1 3th December, 1880. The lowest tender not necessarily accepted. mENDERS, endorsed "Tender for X Earth Work," addressed to the Chairman, Kirikiriroa Highway Board, Hamilton East, will be received up to noon, on WEDNESDAY, the oth day of January next, for about 3000 yards Earth Work, more or less. Members of the Board will meet Contractors on the Hamilton- Hokonui road, near Rumney's, on Wednesday, the 15th instant, at 11 a.m., to show the work. JAS.
