The whole, with the exception of about 50 acres of good, puriri bush, is laid down in grass. The soil is good, and Ihe whole well watered. It is conveniently situated, wiihin two miles of Waipipi wharf, and close to the public school. There is regular steam communication between Onehunga aud Waiuku, and the district is a rising, and an opportunity to secure so snug a farm rarely occurs.
