Irish Disturbances. Londox, December 4. The County of Letrim, Ireland, has been gazetted a diacurbed district. Russia has consented to the proposal of England that the combined fleet should not disperse until the remainder of the Berlin Treaty is fully executed.
London Wool Markets. London, December 3. At the wool sales to-day 76,000 bales vrere offered, mulling a total of 79,000 catalogued since the opening. The tone of the sale was quiet.
London. December 4. At the wooJ sale to-day 87,300 bales catalogued since the opeuing. The tone of the sale shewed that prices were firmly maintaimed.
