Immense Destruction of Property. [BY TELEGRAPH, PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, Sunday.

One of the roost disastrous fires that ever occured in Dunedin broke out about 4 o'clock this morning in a large wooden building on the reclaimed land used as an engine wad tramway shed by Mr. David Proudfoot. It is not known how the fire originated. Two men were on the premises at the time, one cleaning the engine, quickly did the flames spread that they had hardly time to escape, The building was completely destroyed also thirty-three tram oars, seven engines and a tremendous quantity of oats.
