Grand Stand Handicap, of 25 soys. 1} miles. Entrance, 2 soys. Maori Race, of 10 soys. ; twice round couihc Catch weights. Horses to lf> owned and riddtn by natives. Three to start or no race Entrance, 1 soy.

Consolation Handicap, of 20 soys., tor beaten hornes during the meeting. Once round course. Entrance, 1 soy.

Conditions. Entrance fee to be forwarded with nomination and colors, age and pedigree of horse addressed to the Secretary, Postoffice, Cambridge or Mr William Fercival, Auckland, not later than Friday, 31st December, 1880. Weights will appear in Auckland and Waikato papers on Thur.-dav, Jnnury 6th 1881. with the exception of the Publicans' Purse, which will be declared at 8 p.m. night of first day's races. Acceptance money payable to fh^Secretaiy, or Mr Porciral, by Saturday, B'h January, ISBI, before 8 p.m. Acceptance for Puhlicins' Pur-e will be received up to 12 o'clock noon of second day's races. My Family Mixture, containing a proper proportion of the Rich and Powerful Assam (though superior by 2d. per lb. to last year's), I will, as before, send out in boxes containing 121bs. and 201bs. nett. at the very Moderate Price of 2s. and 4d. per pound. Teas, in half-chests, from Is. 6d. to 2s. 6d. per lb. My motto — " Small profits, large trade. "
