Affairs in Ireland. London, December 2.
Additional bodies of marines have been ordered to Ireland. Importation of armu is still on the increase.
London, Decembers. England has made a proposal to the other Powers not to disperse the combined fleet, and maintains that they should still contiuue to act in concert to execute the remainder of the Treaty of Berlin.
