IMPORTANT NOTICE. SALE OF CABINET FURNITURE, BUGGIES, SPRING CxVRTS, DRAYS, &o M &c.

In consequence of the declining health of Mr I. R. Vialou, Messrs. Vialou and Co. have determined to relinquish two branches of their Business, viz., the Cabinet and Upholstery and the Wheelwright and Blacksmiths' Departments.

SALE FOE THREE WEEKS

The Goods will be re-marked and sold considerably under prime cost during that time, and the balance (if any) will be Sold by Public Auction, without reserve, due notice of which will be given.

CABINET AND UPHOLSTERY DEPARTMENT.

The Wheelwright and Blacksmith Premises to be let. The Tools to be taken at vauation, or as may be agreed upon.

The Cabinet Premises also to be let, con* sisting of a large Show-room, Workshop, Timber Shed, and every convenience for carrying on an extensive business.

The Ironmongery and Agricultural Implement Business will be carried on as usual, with an increased stock of the most improved Implements, co n " sisting of Reapers and Binders' Reapers and Mowers, and Mowing Machines, Rollers, and every article necessary for the cultivation of the soil.

WANTED KNOWN that Carlaw and Co. have on hand a large and Well-Selected Stock of Timber, Shingles, House Blocks, Posts, Rails, and Palimrs.
