The building which is of brick consists of 18 bed rooms, a well lighted billiard room fitted with all the latest improvements and one of Thurston's best tables, the dining room is the most capacious in Aucland,and is connected by a lift with the kitchen. In addition to these the proprietor contemplates aelditions of considerable magnitude whidi, when completed, will afford the largest aecomodation of any house in Auckland. There is also in course of erection a Ball and Racket court, which the proprietor trusts will be well patronized by all lovers of these

The very choicest Wines and Spirits are kept in stock ; an experienced cook is in charge of the cuisine and no expense spared to provide a first- class table ; the whole under the immediate supervision of the proprietor.
