rjIENDERS are required for contraots A Nob. 5 and 8. No. 5, Road through Larkwort hy' and Moon's No. 8, Road from Morrinsville to Richmond
Tenders for No. 5 to be in by noon on Saturday, the 27th instant. For No. 8, by 4 p.m. on Saturday, the 4th of December. Specifications to be seen at Hamilton on Friday, the 19th instant, at Sandes and Co.'s, attei that at the Nottingham Castle Hotel, Piako. Mr T. G. Sandes will meet intending contractors at Mr Turnbulls residence on the 29th instant, at 10.30 a.m., to point out work on contract No. 8. W. P. CHEPMEL', Chairman W.H.B.
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
To the Ratepayers, Kirikiriroa Highway District.
YOU are publicly notified that the Road Board Trustees have resolved to stop two roads on the property of F. R. Claude, Esq. , hereinunder described, viz : — 1. A road containing 1 acre, 2 roods, 15 perches, situated in the parish of Kirikiriroa, commencing at the northwesternmost corner of lot 215, bounded generally northeasterly by lines 640 and 1000 links respectively : Thence generally southwesterly by a fmblic road, 132 links and by ines 868 and 869 links respectively, thence northerly by a public road to commencing point 124 links or thereabouts. 2. A road containing 5 acres, 1 rood, 14 perches, more or less situated in the parish of Kirikiriroa commencing at a point distant from the southeasternmost angle of lot 223, 369 links, oounded southeasterly by a line 102 links ; thence southwesterly by a line 5382 links ; thence northeasterly by a public road 120 links; thence northwesterly by a line to commencing point 5305 links or thereabouts. Maps and description may be inspected at the residence of the undersigned, Kirikiriroa, for twelve weeks from date hereof. JAS. McPHERSON. Secretary Kirikiriroa Highway Board. nPENDERS are; invited for SupplyJL ing the above Council with 300 or more DOG COLLARS at per score. Collars to be of Leather, each bearing a brass label, stamped with "Waipa, 1881," and the whole to be numbered consecutively from "1 " upwards. np ENDERS are invited from persons JL willing to perform the duties of Treasurer and Clerk to the above Council for a period of one year from the 13th December, 1880. Tenders to be sent in to the Chairman by the 13th December, 1880. The lowest tender not necessarily accepted. Duties : To keep the accounts, attead all meetings, conduct correspondence, prepare electoral rolls, and any other clerical work which may be required.
