The building which is of brick consists of 18 bed rooms, a well lighted billiard room fitted with all the latest improvements and one of Thurstou's best tables, the dining room is the most capacious in Aucland,and is connected by a lift with the kitchen. In addition to these the proprietor contemplates additions of considerable magnitude which, when completed, will afford the largest accomodation of any house in Auckland. Thei*e is also in course of erection a Ball and Racket court, which the proprietor trusts will be well patronized by all lovers of these manly exercises. The very choicest Wines and Spirits are kept in stock ; ati experienced cook is in charge of the cuisine and no expense spai'ed to provide a first-class table ; the whole under the immediate supervision of the proprietor.
