R. D L. Duffus v. James Proctor. — Mr Gresham for plaintiff. — This was an action on a promissory note. — Judgment for plaintiff, £19 2s 8el ; costs, £2. W. Corboy v. Hugh Kelly.— Mr Gresham for plaintiff. — This case had been adjourned from last Court day, on payment of costs by the defendant £2 10s. Judgment was now given for the whole amount claimed, £14 2s ; costs, £2 10. Hugh Kelly v. W. Williams. —Mr Gresham for plaintiff. — Judgment for plaintiff, £5 Os 8d ; costs, £2. J. \V. Thompson v. W. Williams.— Mr Gresham for plaintiff. — Judgment for plaintiff £o os lOd : co^ts, £2 Ss. Lines v. Gill. — Mr Gresham for plaintiff. — Defendant paid the debt, and costs, £1 7s. limps v. Temple. — Mr Gresham for plaintiff. — Defendant had paid debt into Court without solicitors' fee, for which latter judgment was given. Innis v. Bright.— Mi 1 Gresham for plaintiff. — Case adjourned to next Court day, as a certificate from Dr Wadding ton was produced to the Court stating Mr Bright' a inability through ill health to appear. •Y. A. Cowen v. Huarh Kelly. — "Inim, £11. — Mr Grcshain for the defendant, was instructed to allow judgment for £12 Os 2d, and £1 Gs costs.
