The Kurdish Insurrection. Teheran, October 29.

Intelligence has been received that the tribes of predatory Kurds, who have again crossed the frontier from Kurdistan, in Asiatic Turkey, mto 1 the Persian province of Azerbaijan, are continuing their depredations, and have taken possession of the town of Urumijah, near the lake of the same name. They are further repoi*ted to be advancing, on Tabrpz, a town of considerable size in the interior of the province, and are pillaging and laying waste the towns and villages on their route. It is expected that the Persian troops under Hisahmet Dowlah will shortly come up with the enemy. '
