Vienna, October 28.
Bcaron Haymcrle, Minister for Foreign Affairs, made a speech in the course of which he said that complete understanding existed between his Government and Germany in regard to the policy he pursued in South-east Europe. Both Powers would act in common for the settlement of the questions pending.
