The Gazette to-day announces that Mr. P. A. Jennings, Executive Commissioner of the Sydney Exhibition, h*s been created a Knight Commander, and that Mr. John Davia, a prominent member of the Sydney Commission, has been created a Companion of the Order of St. Michael and St. George.
