Hercules is a bay horee, 8 years old, and stands 15} hands high, combines the best of blood with good bone and immense power, and has proved himself a good horse on the turf. At the Canterbury meeting in 1876, won the Grand Stand Handicap, 1 mile, in 1 mm. 50 sees., carryiugS st. 2 lbs., beating 6 others. In tne same year won the Hawkes Bay Stakes, 2 miles, in 4 xnins. 4h sew., beating Fishhook and the Maori Weed.

Hercules travel on and after Ist October, calling at the undermentioned places : — Mondays — Leave Cambridge, calling at Ohaupo and Alexandra.
