Eighteen sections have to be submitted after there being more than one applicant. , The highest number of applicants was 82. The auction sale for the deferred payment applications takes place at Hawera ■ oh the 28th,! and is confined to applicants. The public auction sale of the remainder of the lands is advertised to be held on the following day.
