The building which is of brick consists of 18 bed rooms, ft well lighted billiard room fitted with all the latest improvements and one of Thnraton'd best tables, the dining room is the most capacious in Aucland,and is connected by a liftwith the kitchen. The bath rooms are luxuriously fitted up and hot and cold water provided. In addition to these the proprietor contemplates additions of considerable magnitude which, when completed, will afford the largest accomodation of any house in Auckland. There is also in course of erection a Ball and Racket court, which the proprietor trusts will be well patronized by all lovers of these manly exercises. The very choicest Wines and Spirits are kept iv stock ;an experienced cook is in cliarjre of the cuisine and no expense spared to provide a first-class table ; the whole under the immediate supervision of the proprietor.
