In the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and the Acts amending the same, and of the Bankruptcy of GERALD BUTLER BEERE. of Hamilton in the Provincial district of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Settler, a Debtor. THIS is to notify that at the first meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Gerald Butler Beere, held at the district Courthouse at Hamilton, this day, Mr John Knox, of Hamilton, aforesaid, Auctioneer, was elected the Creditors' Trustee in Bankruptcy of the property of the said Debtor, and that the said John Knox has signified in writing to me his acceptance of the Trusteeship, and I hereby certify the said election and acceptance as aforesaid, Dated at Hamilton this 21st day of October, 1880.
