In the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and the Acts amending the same, and of the Bankruptcy of GERALD BUTLER BEERE. of Hamilton in the Provincial district of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Settler, a Debtor.
