The Cape War. Cape Town, October 21.
Telegrams have been received announcing that the force under Colonel Clarke, which was sent to the relief of the Cape Rifles at Mafcting, had arrived there, and after severe fighting with the Basutos, who had invested the place, a junction of the two forces was effected.
