Mr Stewart his transferred the settlement of the Te Puke P.nty, which is now formed with L.uly Jocelvuites, to acompiiny with a c.ipifcal of £200,000, £15,000 paid up ; all shares Mibsciibed. Mr Stewart is appointed manager and director in the colony .
