It is expected that the vessels in tho various fleets forming the combined squadron at Cattaro will remain there until the ' surrender of Dnlsigho to the Montenegrins has been affected, and that they will be despersetl. No active steps have yet been takon by tlie Porte to make the cession, but some early action is looked for. The Albanians have resolved to resi-t the surender of Dulsignu to the List extiemity. The question of the settlement of tho Turkey - Greek frontier line is now being generally discussed. The leading English si nd Continental papers deprecate pressing 1 the Porte to carry out the decisions of the Berlin Conference in their entirety, and recommend that the Powers .»hould accept the recent proposals of the Sultan 1.0 cede to Greece the territory houth of Larissa and Sanina, but not those towns themselves.
