James Henderson, of Kihikihi, v. F. Swindley, claim £6 for keep and training of defendant's dog. — No appearance of defendant. — Judgment for amount claimed and costs, £1 Is. W. Corboy v. Hugh Kelly, claim for goods sold aud cash advanced, total £14 2s. — Mr Gresham appeared for plaintiff. — On the application of defendant, the case, which was part heard, was adjourned to the next Court day, 11th November, the defendant to pay the costs of the adjournment in any event. This was all the business.
