(see note? ) The stock sold from " Pet 2nd" have averaged £407 los per head. The above "were bred by Frank Todhunter, Esq., and are by the 3rd Duke of Butterflies, 11th Duke of Dcrrinmt and Red Prince ; their dams nre by Emmet (imported), and Duke of Tyno, from im-
ported cows. Mr Todhunter's herd has been in formation for upwards ol 40 years. It was founded by Mr W. C. Wentworth, and from its establishment to the present time nothing but the best imported and Colonial-bred stock has been used. The Sires used have been the most fashionable ,that money could procure either in England or Victoria.
