Losdox, October 7. Consols are 98. The total reserve in notes and bullion in the Bank of England is £15,500,000, being three quarters of a million leas than last week. There is a fair demand for most descriptions of Australian leather, at full prices. The shipments of wheat from America to Englaud last week exceeded half a million quarters.
London*, October 8. Consols are J)7£. Adelaide wheat, ex warehouse, 49a 6d ; Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, 35s 6d. New Zealand wheat, ex ship, 455. The total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britian is 135,000 quarters. Australian tallow, beat beef, 33s ; best mutton, 3<js. Galvanised iron, £17 per ton.
