The details of the scheme proposed by the Porte for the settlement of the Montenegria and other questions is now been published. The Sultan agrees to surrender Dulaigno ou condition that the fFnal display is henceforth abandoned, and proposes afterwards to deal with the Greek and Armenian question. It is generally considered probable that the Powers will reject the Portes proposal.
