HAMILTON DOMAIN BOARD,
Tire usual monthly meeting of the Board was held on Monday evening. • : Dr. Beale (chairman), and Messrs Peat, Davis, Knox, McGarrigle, Price, Jones, and Hill. The minutes of the previous meeting having been read and confirmed the Secretary laid the leases on the table and on the motion of Mr. Knox, it was resolved to issue them on the completion of the conditions laid down. After discussing tne advisableness of offering the remaining portion of the Domain lands for lease by auction, a committee consisting of Messrs Jones, Davis, Knox, Price, »and McGarrigle w.is appointed to carry out the necessary preliminaries and report to the Board on the 19th inst. Messrs Peat and Davis reported recommending that owing to the wet nature of lots 1, 2, and 3, the lessee be allowed to alter the style of fencing form of wires to ditch and bank and four wires. Agreed to. After some other business of an unimportant nature had been disposed of the Board rose. ,
