The Albanian Difficulty.
London, October 1. The report received yesterday that the Albanians had set fire to Dulcigno, now proves to have been devoid of foundation. The latest news from the combined fleets is, that Admiral Seymour has decided to leave Ragusa on Monday, and proceed South to the Gulf of Cattaro, which is deemed a safer place of anchor, age. Nothing defhrite has yet been decided on as to when the fleet will proceed to Dulcigno. At a Cabinet Council held yesterday, Earl Granville, Foreign Secretary, informed his colleagues that he hns had h\terview with Muslims Pa-ba, Turkish Ambassador, regarding the difficulties between Turkey and the Powers, and he (Lord Granville) was able te state that the Porte is receding from tue portion it had taken up, and was now dissuading the Albanians from offeiing resistance to the cession of Dulcigno to Montenegre.
Constantinople, October 1. The Porte to-day has addressed a request to the Powers through their Ambassadors here, asking that it may be allowed to delay until Monday, when it promises definite steps shall be taken to bring about a solution of the Montenegrin difficulty.
