The Farm is little over a mile from the Hamilton Post Office, and s djoins the Town lands. The House is well situated and commodious, with all necessary out-offices. The orchard is large, and in full bearing, and the returns from the Vinery have been considerable. The Hamilton Railway Station is within one mile, .and Steamers pass the farm daily, calling when required. The demand for Suburban sites has been rapidly increasing of late, and on inspection it will be found that the property is well adapted for cutting up. The Mill, which is water power, is in full working order, and a really good business has been established. There are fifty acres of good land with a tlwellhouse. The Property is two miles from Hamilton, on the Main South Road, and is leased for about four years from date at an annual rental of £64.
