" The land on immediate payments will be sold by public auotion, open to all bidders, on Friday the 25th Ootober, at flawera. Upset price, £4 an acre. On immediate payment there are 88 sections, ranging from 50 acres to 100 acres each. On deferred payments^ there are 39 sections ranging from 50 acres to 80 acres eaoh. Colored lithograph plans may be seen at all the Land Offices of the oolony on and after the 15th ipat. j
