The building which iB of brick consists of IS bed rooms, a well lighted billiard room fitted with all the latest improvements and one of Thurston's best tables, the dining room is the most capacious in Aucland,and is connected by a lift with the kitchen. The bath rooms are luxuriously fitted, up and hot and cold water provided. In addition to these the proprietor contemplates additions of considerable magnitude which, when completed, will afford the largest accomodation of any house in Auckland. There is also in course of erection a Ball and Racket court, which the proprietor trusts v> ill be well patronized by all lovers of these manly exercises.
