THE PROPERTY TAX. The New Schedule.

The following is the form of the new Property Tax schedule :—: — Property Assessment for the year ending 31st March, 1881. Property assessment district — — Name, occupation, address. In pursuance of the Property Assessment Act 1879 Amendment Act 1880, you are hereby required to make a return of aIL your property in the following form, and cause the same to be forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner of your district at ,on or before the . Indeed, it is very probable that further extension to the 31st October will subsequently be accorded. It is stated that over 30,000 of old schedules have gone in filled up.
