Irish Obstructives. London, August 27.

On the House of Commons proceeding to deal with the estimates, and on a vote for the Irish Constabulary being proposed, the Home Rulers and other Irish Members opposed it, on the ground of the military character of the Constabulary force. During the excited debate which followed, the Irish members thoroughly obstructed the passing of the vote. The discussiou lastad during the remainder of the sitting, which did not close until noon to-day, when progress was reported. The House adjourned, and the debate will be resumed on Monday next.

Loxdon, August 28. In the House of Commons, the Hares and Babbits Bill has been read a third time.
