NEW ZEALAND ROADS. Piako County. No. 1 FORMATION CONTRACT. Cambridge-Eotonia Road. Public Works Office, August 10th, 1880. WRITTEN Tenders will be received at this Office up to noon of Monday August 30th, 1880, for the above named contract. They must be addressed to the Hon. the Minister for Public Works, Auckland, and marked outside " Tender for No. 1 Formation Contract. " Plaus and Specifications can be seen at the Public Works Offices, Auckland, and Grahamstown, and at the Constabulary Barracks, Cambridge. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. IT having been reported to the South Auckland Cattle Board by Inspector Runciman that a mob of Cattle were driven, on a public road through an infected pla"e, on the 11th inst, to the estate of Messrs Morrin and Studholme at Morrinsville, the Board hereby declare the said estate of Messrs Morrin and Studholme to be an infected place under the Order in Council, dated 25th March, 1880, and the "Diseased Cattle Act Amendment Act, 1873."
